"This was my first service call. I had experienced my tankless water heater not giving hot water and beeping with code 11. When I called in to schedule my service call, the operator was very friendly and I received a prompt appointment. Mr. Fitch came out and was very friendly and explained the process which further confirmed I was in good hands. He got my water heater performing at its best. I was very pleased and will be recommending Fitch Specialties to everyone in our neighborhood since we all have tankless water heaters."

Tim Fitch was recommended to me by several neighbors who had their tankless water heaters replaced and he did not disappoint. I am thankful that after speaking with Tim on Monday that by mid-morning Tuesday he was able to fit me in and replace my broken system with a new Rinnai water heater. 5-star service.
